2.塑胶容器:PP瓶, PP罐

3.软袋包装:铝箔袋，透明袋,真空袋,高温蒸煮袋等

4.玻璃容器:不建议使用

设计原理

锅炉蒸汽预热上罐处理水，供应下罐加热食品热源。

升温：上罐热水**充满下槽、杀菌物初温**上升

保温：蒸汽充分供应、循环加热、热值分布稳定

冷却系统：冷却水直接进入锅内，直接降温，操作系统有手动、半自动控制、全自动微电脑控制系统可供选择

 

Design principle

Preheating the sterilizing water in the upper tank with steam generated by boiler, provide heat source to the sterilizing.

1、Raising temperature: preheated water fill the sterilizing tank quickly, initial temperature rises quickly.

2、Sterilizing:sufficiently supplied steam heat recycle, heat distribution steady.
